    oh! how pretty! i simply adore puffins! they are such comical little creatures.
    are seals common in America? do you have them around a load of coasts or just some?

    @nzkiwigirl: Seals are pretty common in Maine, I'm not sure about the rest of the country. But here you can see rocks full of seals (see the next post) and in pretty much every harbor you can see a little brown head poking up for air. Here is a map of where they live.
