summer skin

talk about

on peaks island, there are these bunkers from 1942 that are just abandoned
so a bunch of artistic people decided it would be cool to do some sick graffiti in them
and boyfriend and I decided to add to it
and also we took pictures
so here you go
i need to stop duckfacing oh my god i look retarded

Also we went to the beach and ate ice cream. It was a good day.


OH and I also got a job recently at a pizzeria, so I am officially a regular working gal. I'm a hostess. It's pretty brilliant really.

    It does deserve to, doesn't it? Because believe it or not, the world isn't a popularity contest. If people don't like my shit, I don't really mind. If they do, that's bloody fantastic and I'm glad. So yeah, my blog does DESERVE to be an independent thing, not ruled by numbers of likes and comments and follows. Numbers are boring. I despise boring.

    And about the nudes, I draw a lot of them, it's called art. The human form is one of the most artistic things in the world, ask the Greeks. And the entire bunker is filled with things like that, it's not really graffiti, it's more of an ever-changing, multigenerational art installation. That's why it's cool. It's not like we're defacing public property or whatever, that's kind of the whole point of the bunker.

    You two are so cute! I'm so happy for you Olivia. Working at a Pizzira?? Eeep! That must be awesome! I love how artistic you are. And the graffiti must have been SOOO fun! One of these days I'm going to get some spray paint and just paint something on our barn. Thanks to you I've fallen in love with Imagine Dragons.

    And numbers are totally boring. I get alot of hate on my blog and you know what? I don't care. I'll end by saying that your boyfriend is just adorable. Love the red hair and freckles. :D

    If Olivia was putting graffiti on her pizzeria's walls, than yes, that would be graffiti, but look at the walls that the graffiti is on. They look very dirty, so even if a business was to buy that building (unlikely) then the walls would have to be redone/plastered/whatever. Olivia and her boyfriend drew beautiful pictures and put a lovely quote on the wall. That's not bad.
